New ones leaked today "Live" photos of the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which reveal some information about the design and the cameras that the device will have
Xiaomi launched the smartphones Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro last October and rumors of a more expensive "Incredibly ” variant of the device has been swirling for a while now. While Xiaomi has not officially confirmed its existence, the device has today been leaked in new live photos.
The photos, likely taken during some testing of the device's camera, show the phone hidden behind a protective case. Although our case hides the overall design of the device, the Module with the cameras is visible, revealing the periscope lens on the lower right side.
The Xiaomi 14Ultra seems to be compared in the field of photography in relation to the Xiaomi 14 Pro and Vivo X100 Pro, and seems to have the same context as the Xiaomi 13Ultra. Aside from the visible features we see in the photos above, the most interesting piece of information comes from a white label on the back of the phone.
On this label are the indications “N1”, “P2” and “EU”, and according to Xiaomiui, the "N1” aligns with the model number for Xiaomi's new flagship lens Leica, which further strengthens the possibility that this is indeed the Xiaomi 14Ultra. The "P2” indicates that it is a prototype (a device that has not yet been finalized), while the “EU” hints at a possible global release intended for European markets.
While the camera island itself remains largely hidden by the case, we can expect the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra to have the familiar round island design with four lenses on top of it.
According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, the Xiaomi 14Ultra will have a main sensor at 50MP (sensor Sony LYT 900 with OIS) with variable aperture. Along with the main sensor, there is also expected to be a telephoto lens at 50MP, another periscope lens at 50MP and an ultra-wide-angle lens at 50MP.
The recently leaked information also shows that the Xiaomi 14Ultra it will have an upgraded frame that will be made of titanium, replacing the aluminum used in the regular 14 Pro.
There are also rumors of her support two-way satellite communication and the phone will be powered by one battery at 5180mAh with support for wired charging at 90W and wireless charging at 50W.
The Xiaomi 14Ultra is expected to debut alongside his series Xiaomi pad 7 the next one April 2024.
